Groove Festival offers a range of entertainment for music, food and fun lovers. With acts such as Primal Scream and UB40 headlining the weekend and food stalls from Box Burger and The Happy Pear this is sure to be a weekend to remember.
Worried about what to do with the kids? No problem! Groove Festival is child friendly and offers a number of outdoor activities for the entire family. Whether you want to make a weekend out of it or only enjoy one day, there is plenty on offer at Groove Festival.
Primal Scream is a British Rock band who formed in 1984 and were the winners of the first ever Mercury award for their album ‘Screamadelica’. Primal Scream headline the Saturday at Groove Festival and are set to come on stage at approximately 9pm.
The Saturday will also see performances from Hudson Taylor, Kormac (Live), Jerry Fish, Columbia Mills, Chasing Abbey and much more.
UB40 are considered to be one of the most popular Reggae bands on the planet. Having reunited 3 years ago, UB40 are currently in the middle of their North American tour. However, they are taking a break from their sell out tour to grace us with their presence at approximately 9pm on Sunday evening.
Sunday’s line-up also features acts such as Cry Before Dawn, Hothouse Flowers, Spring Break, Stomptown Brass and Na Fianna.
